Same type of problem on my end. Most recent version of WinMerge installed. Then installed the 7zip plug-in (/7-zip-plugin/DllBuild 0028/Merge7zInstaller0028-465-920. For those of you still interested in the PlayStation 2, and use the Softmod known as FMCB (Free McBoot) this will come of great interest
